Welcome to the Pacific Islands Financial Managers website

The Pacific Islands Financial Managers' Association has been established following an inaugural conference of Pacific Island public financial management practitioners, held inSuva in late March 2006. The conference unanimously endorsed the establishment of a forum where the public financial management policy and administration issues most relevant to Pacific Island Countries (PICs) could be discussed, technical capacity developed and collaboration promoted in progressing implementation of sound public financial management (PFM) across the region.
